Bot update - 15th January 2020

Lots of new content and bug fixes including basic support for translations that will be coming soon.

Overhauled music and made music stream playing free! use w/stream

Globally disable nsfw text/content in your server from the entire bot using w/nsfwcontent
Help menus are more dynamic with current config settings and will also use the custom prefix or mention used such as w! or @waifu
w/config shows all config commands now instead of current config settings which has been changed to w/config view
New nsfw commands and content with more coming soon

Added w/stream command for free music streams to play and switch between different music streams
All music commands except for w/play w/bassboost and w/suffle are enabled for non-donators
Enabled youtube stream support for w/play
Disabled youtube playlist support due to ratelimits
Added thumbnails/artwork to songs
Fixed w/nowplay not generating
